Accessibility statement

At Dermacare, we attach great importance to making the services and information on our website accessible to the general public, including people with disabilities. We continuously work to improve the accessibility of our website and digital services so that they are convenient, clear and equal for everyone.

The website was developed in line with the principles of WCAG 2.1 Level AA and the Israeli standard based on them. Some components may still be in the process of being adapted.

  • Full keyboard navigation support and clear focus states
  • Semantic structure of headings, links and forms with descriptive labels
  • Alternative text for images wherever possible
  • Colour contrast in line with the guidelines
  • Adaptation for display on mobile devices
  • Regular manual and automated testing and continuous improvements

The website is optimised for current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Safari. It has been tested with NVDA and VoiceOver. Private browsing or blocking extensions may affect the accessibility experience.

The website includes third-party services such as Google Maps, YouTube, Google Tag Manager and Facebook Pixel. We have tried to ensure an experience that is as accessible as possible, but there may be limitations that originate from third-party development.

  • Some PDF files and media content uploaded in the past are not fully accessible – they will gradually be converted into accessible versions
  • Certain forms will receive more detailed error messages and voice guidance
  • Embedded map components may include controls that are not labelled correctly – we provide text alternatives

We welcome your feedback to help us speed up specific fixes.

Have you encountered a problem or difficulty, or do you have a suggestion for improving accessibility on the website? We are happy to help.

We will make every effort to handle each accessibility enquiry within 7 working days.
