In brief
- RF MAX combines microneedling with radiofrequency and, compared with Morpheus8, adds vacuum technology and a smart cooling system.
- It works in the deep connective tissue structures and aims for a natural lift from within, without artificially changing your appearance.
- In most cases, a series of three treatments spaced four to six weeks apart ensures long-lasting results.
- Treatment areas include the face, neck, décolletage, abdomen, upper arms and thighs, as well as acne scars and stretch marks.
- After treatment there may be mild redness, swelling or a feeling of tightness that subsides within a few hours, and the skin should be protected from UV radiation.
Fresh skin, firm contours, a younger look – all without invasive surgery. With this method, you can achieve skin rejuvenation naturally and effectively.
In a world where beauty is associated with naturalness and youthfulness, many people are looking for effective yet gentle ways to deal with the signs of skin ageing, and especially for skin rejuvenation. Over the years, changes begin to appear in the facial skin, such as fine lines, wrinkles and loss of firmness. But what if there were a way to rejuvenate the skin significantly without undergoing invasive procedures? Meet the method that works deep in the tissue and stimulates the body’s natural renewal processes: everyone knows Morpheus8, the leading brand in skin rejuvenation. But have you heard of RF MAX? The upgraded version that takes radiofrequency microneedling technology to the next level? At the Dermacare clinic, we offer both technologies – and prove that a small upgrade can make a big difference.
A deep, modern and personalised treatment

At the Dermacare clinic, we take the technology a step further with RF MAX, an improved version that includes an advanced vacuum system and a smart cooling system. With RF MAX, the same results can be achieved with reduced recovery time and improved results.
RF MAX combines microneedling with radiofrequency, using vacuum technology that gently draws the skin in for even, controlled needle penetration. The result? A quick treatment that is ideal for treating wrinkles, acne scars or sagging skin.
The well-known and popular Morpheus8 treatments also combine micro-needles with targeted radiofrequency energy. The needles penetrate the deep layers of the skin, releasing controlled heat that activates the production of collagen and elastin – two essential components for firm, radiant skin. But RF MAX adds improved precision, faster treatment and the ability to treat more complex areas, making it a choice worth discovering. Don’t miss the opportunity to upgrade your treatment!
With RF MAX, the improved vacuum technology ensures penetration at a precise depth, while the smart cooling system increases comfort. The radiofrequency waves are delivered into the tissue, encouraging deep skin renewal and producing more even results.
What makes RF MAX unique is its ability to work deep in the skin while maintaining comfort and effectiveness. Unlike traditional methods that treat only the upper layer of the skin, RF MAX works in the deep connective tissue structures, where skin ageing begins. The result is a natural lift from within, which strengthens the skin without artificially changing its appearance.
What results can you expect?
With Morpheus8, skin texture improves significantly, and fine lines, wrinkles, acne scars and stretch marks are visibly reduced.
With RF MAX, the results can be deeper and more even, thanks to the improved precision and faster treatment. Your skin will become firmer, smoother and fresher – a youthful, even look.
The full effect appears after a few weeks, as natural collagen production takes time. In most cases, a series of three treatments spaced four to six weeks apart ensures long-lasting results. At the Dermacare clinic, we tailor the treatments (Morpheus8 or RF MAX) to your personal needs and those of your skin, to ensure the best possible results.
Which skin areas are Morpheus8 and RF MAX treatments suitable for?
Both technologies are versatile and suitable not only for the face but also for more sensitive and complex areas. RF MAX, with its improved precision, is particularly good at treating challenging areas. Common treatment areas include:
- Face: reducing wrinkles, improving skin elasticity and contouring the jawline
- Neck and décolletage: smoothing fine lines and tightening sagging skin
- Abdomen, upper arms and thighs: tightening sagging skin, for example after pregnancy or weight loss
- Acne scars, pigmentation spots and stretch marks: improving the appearance of the skin and evening out skin tone
Are there side effects or recovery times?
Morpheus8 and RF MAX treatments are considered safe and gentle. RF MAX, with its smart cooling system, reduces discomfort even further. In the first days after treatment, there may be mild redness, swelling or a feeling of tightness – similar to mild sunburn. These reactions subside within a few hours. It is important to protect the skin from UV radiation and care for it well after treatment. At the end of the treatment you will receive detailed aftercare recommendations to support the healing process.
Who are Morpheus8 and RF MAX treatments suitable for?
Both women and men can benefit from both methods to address natural ageing processes without surgical intervention. While Morpheus8 is a well-known and popular brand, RF MAX offers an upgrade that delivers faster and deeper results.
Morpheus8 treatments are a byword in skin rejuvenation, but RF MAX takes the experience a step further with an innovative upgrade. Frequently asked questions
Botox is a liquid protein that relaxes, in a targeted way, the muscles that cause wrinkles to form. As a result, the wrinkles are reduced. The substance is injected directly into the muscle that causes the wrinkle. The effect lasts between 4 and 6 months.
Hyaluronic acid is a natural, gel-like substance that is injected into or under the skin. Thanks to its ability to bind water, the substance adds volume to the tissue, and so helps reduce wrinkles or smooth the skin. Depending on the product used, hyaluronic acid is broken down by the body over 9 to 24 months.
Hyaluronic acid is a natural substance found in the body. Chemically, it is a chain of sugar molecules with a very high capacity to absorb and retain water. In anti-aging, hyaluronic acid is used to treat wrinkles because of its ability to bind an amount of water 6,000 times its own weight – that is, one gram of hyaluronic acid can absorb up to 6 litres of water. In the human body, most hyaluronic acid is found in the skin, where it helps hold the cells together and keeps the skin moisturised. It is also found in the joints and the eyes.
From the age of 25, the body produces less hyaluronic acid, and by the age of 60 only about 10% of the original reserve remains in the body.
After a treatment, physical rest is needed. It is therefore recommended to avoid intensive physical exertion such as sport, saunas and direct sun for 3-5 days, depending on the extent of the treatment. After that, you can return to normal activity without restrictions.
Within the first week, avoid exposure to direct sunlight.
Hyaluronic acid-based fillers are particularly suitable for treating expression lines around the nose and mouth (nasolabial folds), marionette lines, hollow cheeks, hollows under the eyes (tear trough contouring) and the jawline. In addition, hyaluronic acid is also used to contour the chin, add volume to the lips and rejuvenate the skin of the neck and décolletage. At Dermacare clinic, hyaluronic acid is combined in particular in the vampire facial (PRP), in which platelet-rich plasma is injected together with hyaluronic acid. This treatment helps to smooth, tighten and renew the skin for a young, fresh look.
